Compliances Required For A Private Limited Company
Statutory Audit
Your private limited company, irrespective of its sales must have its accounts get audited each financial year.
You need to appoint an auditor within 30 days of company incorporation and then conduct audit in each financial year.
ROC Annual Filing
Your company will need to file three forms every year.
AOC-4: Includes financial statements, balance sheet and P&L account.
MGT-7: Includes annual returns.
ADT-1: Reporting auditor appointment to the ROC.
Income Tax Audit
Your company will need to get the income tax audits done under section 44AB.
Under section 44AB, Tax audit limit is set to ₹1 crore and ₹5 crore in case of at least 95% transactions are made digitally.
GST Return
It is mandatory to register for GST at the time of incorporating your company.
Once your company is registered under GST, it is necessary to file GST returns based on your turnover.
